The Customers with Disabilities programme has been designed to increase our sensitivity towards disabled customers. By having this knowledge, our service providers can help disabled people feel more comfortable and welcome.
Participants on this programme will learn how to use appropriate language when referring to disabled customers and how to communicate effectively with disabled customers. Delegates will also learn to be aware of misconceptions and biases when serving disabled customers.

Each delegate receives a pin and personalised certificate on completing the course. This course can be completed in a half-day but is better suited to a full day for delegates to fully experience and apply the learning.
