Why did you choose to study the CIM Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Marketing?
One of the reasons why I decided to study this diploma was to gain more knowledge about marketing applied to the travel industry. Talking to Capela before joining the course it made me realised that it could be very helpful in the future in my career.

Was the Capela course what you expected?
I was pleasantly surprised. In Spain we are used to study in a different way and the fact that the course was more practical than theoretical made it very interesting. It wasn’t easy and I had to spend time on it but honestly, it was worth it.

What impact has this qualification had on your career or ability to carry out your job?
The first impact it had was a promotion to International Sales Supervisor in the Sales & Marketing Division within the company and the knowledge acquired during the course has given me a lot more confidence in my work.

Any further comments?
I would strongly recommend this course for anyone interested in gaining more knowledge about marketing for tourism. Overall I am in very pleased with the course, colleagues and tutors. Thank you very much.
