Background
Continuum runs 6 UK attractions around the UK, welcoming close to a million visitors a year.There was a need for sales training across the various sites as well as in Head Office.
Decision
Capela were appointed to deliver a sales training session to Continuum.
Training
A 2-day practical and interactive session brought together 14 delegates, including Sales Executives and General Managers, from across 6 sites, in Oxford.
Conclusion
The training succeeded in opening the eyes of Sales Executives to techniques in negotiation, understanding customers, networking emailshots and the sales cycle.Their GMs areĀ better equipped to guide them due to their participation.
