Bicester Village is a designer outlet centre in Oxfordshire, part of the international Chic Outlet Shopping group. It features many designer clothing brands, including Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Charles Tyrwhitt, Aquascutum, Gieves & Hawkes, Gucci, Dior, Bally, Prada, and True Religion, as well as a number of restaurants and cafés.

Bicester Village Visitor Centre is the tourist information centre for both the shopping village and the surrounding area. Following a recruitment drive over the summer, new and continuing team members all underwent the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service programme, delivered by Capela.

Bicester TIC as a result qualified to become a WorldHost Recognised Business. Subsequent WorldHost training followed on with the ‘Service Across Cultures’ programme, highly valued in such a varied customer environment.
