Worldhost is a world-class customer service training programme conceived in Canada. To date, over one million people worldwide have been trained using WorldHost - including tens of thousands of volunteers and tourism staff who helped make successes of the Vancouver Winter Olympics in 2010 and, more recently, the London Olympics and Paralympics.

WorldHost has been developed for the UK by People 1st, the UK Sector Skills Council, to raise the standard and delivery of customer service in this country. As a consequence it was adopted by LOCOG, the Olympics organisers, as the customer service standard for London 2012.
