Travel Network Group:
Travel Network Group combines Travel Trust Association, Worldchoice, Worldchoice Plus, Worldchoice Ireland and Independent Travel Experts Ltd to form one of the leading consortia for travel businesses in the UK. The joint organisation required training in managing meetings and giving presentations for account managers and recruitment team. All need to run meetings and presentations for TTA Members and The Travel Network Group business partners.
Capela were appointed to deliver a one-day training programme in Woking.
The course was made up of 2 parts: meeting management, which looked at preparation, communication and negotiating skills; and presenting skills, which took a highly practical approach to preparing and delivering presentations involving detailed video analysis.
All delegates elected to receive DVDs of their own presentation for later review. Each of them grew visibly in confidence over the course of the day as they realised just how knowledgeable and capable they actually were – a very satisfying session. Further training is planned with Capela
