Various Business Skills
RCI, part of the massive Wyndham Group, is the largest vacation exchange company in the world. Training in specific areas of the business was required following some changes in personnel in Head Office in Kettering.
Capela were appointed to deliver skills training in:
presentation skills; key account management; negotiation.
4 days of training in total took place:
– 2 days training 2 groups of 6 in presentation skills.
– one day key account management
– one day negotiation skills.
The training was carried out successfully across various sections of the business. Those attending the Presentation Skills sessions clearly benefited enormously. The Negotiations course was confused at times by the presence of both buyers and sellers roles in the same group.
